About being a Technical Architect
When I hear the term "Architect" I remember George in Jerry Seinfield show. If he had such links he would have been an architect - but there was no internet and surely not blogging then :-)
Here are some links for technical architect:
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/architect/faq/default.mspx - Microsoft Architect Certifcation
http://saloon.javaranch.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=26&t=005798 - a message thread about Roles of architect
http://www.wwisa.org/wwisamain/role.htm - Architect organization
http://www.codingthearchitecture.com/2006/05/17/what_it_takes_to_be_an_architect.html A Blog entry and follow other posts on the same blog.
Let me know if there are any more links that you would like to add here.
